Federation of Syrian Chambers of Tourism

The Federation of Syrian Chambers of Tourism brings together tourism chambers in Syria, coordinating their efforts and representing the interests of the tourism sector before public and private entities.

Objectives of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Tourism

The Federation plays a coordinating and representative role for the tourism sector and aims to serve the industry, improve its business environment, and strengthen its institutional and investment presence.

Representing the tourism sector before government authorities and legislative and regulatory bodies.

Coordinating among tourism chambers in governorates, tourism regions, and various tourism-related sectors.

Participating in the formulation of tourism-related policies and legislation and providing opinions on draft laws and regulations.

Contributing to the development of Syrian tourism and the preparation of tourism strategies and plans.

Enhancing the quality of tourism services through the development of professional standards, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives.

Organizing professional training and qualification programs for tourism sector personnel to improve professional practices and promote tourism awareness.

Supporting tourism promotion efforts and initiatives that encourage tourist arrivals and tourism investment.

Collecting data and conducting studies related to the sector and providing recommendations to the competent authorities.

Defending the interests of members, addressing challenges facing tourism professionals, and contributing to the settlement of professional disputes that may arise among tourism establishments or between such establishments and other entities.

Cooperating with local, regional, and international tourism organizations and associations and participating in tourism conferences, training programs, and industry events.
