Ministry of Tourism Decision No. 1544 authorizing directors of tourism directorates to cancel the licenses of tourist work sites

The Minister of Tourism: Based on: The provisions of the Basic Law for State Employees No. /50/ of 2004, And the provisions of Legislative Decree No. /41/ of 1972, And Presidential Decree No. /69/ dated 2005, And Presidential Decree No. (9) of 2025, And in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, Decrees the following: Article 1- The following clause shall be added: "The Tourism Directors in the Governorates are delegated the authority to revoke tourism business location licenses issued by them" to the first clause of Article 1 of the Decree on Delegating Tourism Directors in the Governorates No. /150/ dated May 13, 2025.
