Ministry of Tourism letter No. 3837 to work on resolving disputes between tourist sites through the Chamber or by resorting to the judiciary

To: The President of the Federation of Tourism Chambers
Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 2 of 2009 regulating the operations of tourism establishments,
And whereas the relationship between tourism establishments inter se is deemed a commercial relationship subject to the Commercial Law,
We kindly request that you instruct the Chambers of Tourism to work on settling and resolving disputes arising between tourism establishments. In the event that a dispute cannot be amicably resolved by the relevant Chambers of Tourism, the complainants shall be advised to seek recourse before the competent judiciary, provided they have a legal interest therein.
