Tourism Chambers Federation Holds Annual General Assembly at Semiramis Hotel

The General Assembly of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Tourism held its annual meeting at the Semiramis Hotel, in the presence of Minister of Tourism Mazen Al-Salhani, Assistant Minister Faraj Al-Qashqoush, Federation Chairman Murhaf Nazha, and members of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly. The 2026 meeting included discharging the previous board, presenting the new board’s work plan focused on digital transformation and developing systems and procedures, alongside the launch of the Federation’s new official website and an introduction to its services. Proposals and challenges raised by tourism establishment owners were also discussed, with the Minister of Tourism affirming that obstacles would be addressed in coordination with the relevant authorities to support the sector.
